Enento The Group signed a syndicated credit agreement for 180 million euros

The Enento Group today signed a new long-term financing agreement to be used for the refinancing of its current financing agreement. The financing agreement consists of a long-term loan of 150 million euros as well as a revolving credit facility of 30 million euros. The agreement is for three years and includes two one-year options for extending the loan period.

The loan replaces the financing agreement signed in October 2018 of a long-term loan of 160 million euros and a revolving credit facility of 20 million euros. The revolving credit facility was not used.

The margins of the financing agreement are linked to the financial commitments of the Enento group and include an option to link the margin also to sustainability criteria in the future.

OP Corporate Bank, Danske Bank and Nordea Bank acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners. OP Corporate Bank acted as coordinator, sustainability coordinator and agent in the transaction.
