Solid semester with 47% growth in property management revenues, despite global turmoil

  • Revenue SEK 4,400 million (2,936).

  • Income from property management: SEK 2,375m (1,615), corresponding to SEK7.13 per share (5.88).

  • Change of value on properties: SEK 2,812 million (3,122) and derivatives 2,470 million Swedish crowns (117).

  • Net income for the period: 6,933 million Swedish crowns (5,550), corresponding to SEK20.80 (20.20) per share.

  • Net Long-Term Reconstitution Value (EPRA NRV): SEK263 per share (227), an increase of 16 percent.

  • After investments totaling SEK 2,678 million (1,679) in existing portfolios, acquisitions of SEK 147 million (335) and sales of 2,448 million Swedish crowns (10,453) the total real estate portfolio amounts to 185 billion Swedish crowns.

  • Net rental income for the period: 109M SEK (66).
